Currently, Xi’an Software Park, staffed with almost 50,000 employees, has nearly 600 software and service outsourcing enterprises both at home and broad in software development, system integration, network engineering, and industrial control. The sales revenue of 2006 has reached RMB 11.2 billion Yuan, with export income up to US$ 55 million. The annual growth remains above 35%.
At present, there are two listed enterprises, 13 enterprises with sales income over thousand of million Yuan, and more than 70 enterprises with over ten million Yuan, among which five enterprises possess employees up to as many as 1,000, and 75 up to 100. 15 enterprises have passed such authentifications as CMM3 and above.

Service Outsourcing
At present, Xi’an Software Park has integrated over 100 service outsourcing enterprises both at home and abroad, among which about 70 are engaged in offshore outsourcing business. It has witnessed unique advantages and boosted extraordinary development in the field of finance, telecommunications, electric power, petroleum, and medical treatment as well as callcenter and digital center, etc.
Meanwhile, it also has developed CompuPacific International Inc. which is regarded by Gartner in America as “the biggest BPO enterprise with America in China”, and also a series of local famous service outsourcing enterprises with Huaxun Science and Technology, Silu Software, and Northwest Industrial University Co-think Software Co., Ltd. as its backbones.
